SPOILERS IN EXE 5/BN 5Hrm... It's easy once you learn. First off, you need to have completed Liberation Mission #4, which means you must have liberated Endo Area 2 (EndArea 2). Once you have deleted Dark Rockman (DarkMega), then some of his Dark Soul starts to grow controllable. Able to channel his Dark Soul slightly, he can join his Dark Soul as he resonates with the souls of his allies. So once you have finished Liberation Mission #4... You will need the Dark Chip of the corresponding element to the Navi you wish to use Chaos Unison (Chaos Union) with. Put the Dark Chips of the Navis you wish to use Chaos Unison with in your Folder. For example, Dark Thunder would be for Magnet Chaos. You may use up to three Dark Chips per Folder, and there is no Navi Customizer (NaviCust) program that can edit this. When you began battle, select the Dark Chip, and you will notice that the UNISON (UNITE) button lights up as if you're about to use a Soul Unison. However, when you move your cursor over the UNISON button, then you'll realized the typical picture of a blue Rockman and a soul behind him on a green background is now a purple Rockman on a pink background - Chaos Unison. Hit the UNISON button, and watch as a discoloured Rockman symbol replaces the Dark Chip. Select your other chips, and hit OK. You'll notice the animation shows Rockman DS and the Navi you would be Chaos Unisoning with, both entering you and making a different sound effect than usual as they enter Rockman. If you noticed, you now have a discoloured version of your soul (i.e. a black MagnetSoul, a purple GyroSoul, an orange SearchSoul, etc.) that lasts for one turn (again, no way to modify this). The charged shot now is a green energy - and HERE is the best part, but can also be your killer... Your Dark Chip IS your Charged Shot! When you charge, as soon as it's full (becomes a large purple orb), you MUST release it immediately, for you have only a second before it turns into a medium-sized green orb and then starts shifting back and forth. If you release it while it's purple, you'll use your Dark Chip WITHOUT karma loss or the -1 Max HP demerit! The best part to this instead of using the Dark Chip raw is, with precise timing, you can keep using the Dark Chip without any drawbacks (no glitches either!). If you learn to play with some, such as Row Locking someone to the last row, then abusing the Dark Circle (Raven8 from the Megaman Melee came up with this) could result in about a 1200 HP blow each time (if they are in the middle, if they are at the top or bottom, it's 900). You'll realize this can actually be a tool to S-Rank all of those pesky SP Navis (OMEGA Navis) and nab some SP chips with extreme power (i.e. Shademan SP dealing 240...). BUT! The downside lays in that if you miss and release the B-Button during when it's green (medium green, if it hasn't finished charging and it's still a small green, then feel free to release it), then you will completely lose your Chaos Unison (...in the Beta version of this game, you reverted to the Soul Version of the Navi, except the timing was MUCH harder) and revert to normal Rockman. At the same time, Rockman DS appears against you, abusing Program Advances as well as any Battlechips you have used in the past. He can only be damaged by attacks that have no damage count (i.e. Django V1/SP/DS, Gun Del Sol 1/2/3/EX, Area Steal...), but will dissipate after a certain time. The only thing I have elft to say of this is: Chaos Unison is started up in a similar fashion to Soul Unison - you cannot be Worried/Anxious or Dark/Evil. It can be used with the same rules as Soul Unison. So enjoy your Dark Chip abusing...

i have a problem i cant unite with circ dude for some reason that u can abuse for 1200 damage

I hope you have Search Soul... You need to have that, then get Dark Circle from the pipe right outside the entrance to the Dark Chip Factory. When you do, try it again...

whats search soul if it is one of the 6 soul dudes then yes i have it if it isnt where do i get it. I have all the dark chips so i dont need to worry about that

Strange... Then you SHOULD be able to do it...
Make sure you're playing Team of Blues, though... Or Team Protoman.
Team of Colonel/Team Colonel has no Searchman.

thats the problem i am team colonel dang so i cant use that dude i found the best thing is wideshrt pretty usefull in normall battle because it hits everyone for 300 damage

Dark Invisibility is cheap, but EXTREMELY powerful under certain conditions... Dark Wide is quite nice...
Oh, and if oyu want, try S-Ranking Cloudman V3 and SP... It's EASY with Tomahawk Chaos... Just use Dark Lance a few tiems and BOOM! Dead Cloudman.
Meh, I always use Search Chaos, Blues Chaos, and Thunder Chaos for S-Ranking SP NAvis... On viruses, then I lash out with Napalm Chaos...

yeah i am trying with tomahawk and darkwide darkwide is really good for trying to get chips from the viruses
