OOC: Both of you... Please try to write with capitalization and punctuation... It helps to bring out your character's personality and will make you a more respected RPer... Writing more is also helpful.

OOC: No... You need to charge for three attacks, then use the spell... If you used all slots from this turn to charge, then you need one more attack slot to cast it at the enemy...

but wait kaji, my avatar gives me 3 slots. I use 1 for dodge, and also, my avatar lowers charge by one.
