OOC: You still have one more attack... You dodged one, and since evefyone has two attacks per turn, and your avatar gave you an extra... You can attack an extra time...

OOC: OK... But you only have two attack slots, since one was used up as a dodge. Your Default Attacks does not use up an attack slot... Therefore, you have two attack slots... Since the Charge 1 attack requires one attack slot of charge beforehand, you have to use that slot to charge, since your avatar only lowers CHARGE by 1, but not to 0.
