Machini Banners:
Guerilla Warfare Symbol (Goblin): A black bomb on orange background.
Main Combat Mechaniloids: Golden Moon upon a black background.
Siege Gangs (Goblins): A red banner, solid green 'X' with white stars in the open red areas.
Arial Strike Forces: A Gold Phoenix on Red Background.
Naval Units: Navy Blue background, circle of silver stars.
Special Forces (Kaido, Chalice, Hainel): Skull and Crossbones.
The Ewigkeit (The Eternity/ Skyreaver MK.II): Two flags, one is comprised of energy, a massive, Golden Skull and Crossbones on red energy background. The second is the official flag: A sky blue spiral galaxy with a black center and background, carrying the symbol 'Omega' in light blue, within the black hole.
