Now, on a more serious note... I think the flags COULd function as markings of territory, much like the American city of Baton Rouge in the past few years... They had red batons lining their borders to show how far they expanded...

IF we were to cross enemy territory, of course they all will be attacking you, right? But not all territorial land is all enemy. Some of them can be good. For example, we walk into good territory. They give us food, water, and potions. In enemy land, all warriors would start attacking you. Most enemy territory has watch towers. The only way the enemy would not attack us if we ally with them or if we hold captive of their leader. IF you attack us, we will kill your leader. So it would be handy to have flags. Otherwise, we won't know if the territory has good people, neutral people, or enemy. We should be able to conquer enemy territory. We burn their flag, exile all people, make new flag, all good people, any races, would come to that territory, and assign a person to take care of the whole territory. Sounds reasonable or Im just making everything confusing

Urf............there must always be evil in this screwed up world of ours..................or there can't be good................I would like to know if I was running straight into a volley of arrows and swords when I cross a certain line so.......................I vote yes on Proposition 13 to give us border flags..................
