whats the best way to kill the dudes to get them or is it possible to get them from the chip trader

No Chip Trader... And even so, that wouldn't get you into the DS Navi Gates in Nebula Area... You have to S-Rank the SP Navis themselves...
For Team of Blues, I just Row Lock them, then get into SearchChaos and wipe them out with Dark Circle, which can do either 1200 or 900 damage if timed right... ^_^

I have Magnetman V1/SP/DS, Gyroman V1/SP/DS, Napalmman V1/SP, Searchman V1, Meddy V1, and Blues V1/DS...

Viruses? I use the Chip Trader as well... I don't konw where to get Barrier 200 (Barr200), though...
