Hard to believe but I haven't beaten my MMBN4 yet. And BN5's release is next month (6/21). Anyway I am on hard mode and I can't beat the tard. I even have the Z saber from MMZ3 and I still can't win. Give me a startegy plz. Next time I have access to computer I will put more info on my Rockman's stats and his folder.

Well, I barely beat him too... I'm on Super Hard, but I already fed the game to my pet Metool... >_>" Or not.
But anyways, I just put in as many chips that provide you with an invisible defense... Oh, and also Reflect. Most of the time, I was reflecting his attacks back at him and also using Invisibility + Gun Del Sol 1/2/3/EX combos to put a hurt on him... Try and buy two of each Gun Del Sol, and have one Gun Del Sol EX...

my way is my megabust does 50 damage per attacks so i use that plus regular attacks plus most of his attacks are patterns once you learn the pattern easy to dodge

Meh... I got angry with EXE 4 today... I got the cooking one for the third time, so I threw it into my closet, and started to throw it against the wall and jump on it...
Too bad the thing didn't break.

Hrm... Use all the Gun Del Sols individually... Piledriver is weaker... Also, wear Super Armour so you DON'T lose a Gun Del Sol from a blast of his attacks.
