Hmm.. If you have EXE 3 Black (BN3 Blue), then use Folder Return (FolderBak) and a bunch of North Winds.

Many, many high powered chips, hope you get lucky.
My reccomendation: Life sword PAs, lots of 'em.
Oh, and navi-cust your way into barrier and shield style, the reflect NCB will save you quite well.
Second note: Roll. USE ROLL (When the shields are down)
Third: If you can, keep 'im stunned with the rings of shocky doom.

I don't remember what I did to take down the sheild but I used MASTERSTYLE (PA Where Magaman splits into four....) to beat Him...........

I have White but it's been along time since I played...here's My sugjestion on a folder...
4 Sword L*
4 Wide Sword L*
4 Long Sword L*
( Or anyother code they can goto geather with)
2 Areagrab *( One preset)
2 Fire Sword
2 Aqua Sword
2 Elec Sword
2 BambSword
KingMan V3
ProtoMan V3
MuraMAsa
Anubis
4 Invis 3 *
Style: Custom/Shield
Element: Elec would be nice.
NAvi cust: any thing you want.
Ok...you may not have all these chips...but you should get them.
Kingman and Protoman have enough Power to Break Basses Aura, so then you can hit him hard with some good Life Sword, or Elemental Sword. the Area grabs are good, trap him in the back row, Break his Aura Elemental Sword heaven. and Muramasa for hn your in the low HP so you can deal MAJOR damage...Any one want to compliment/Complane about the folder feel free to do so...I realy don't care cus it works for me...<_<
